Looks awful

I just installed the app, then uninstalled it. Microsoft could have made the app look like its webmail client, at least a little bit, but didn't. Granted, they want people buying Windows phones, but they should put at least a little bit of effort into designing an app that doesn't look like it was built three years ago in four hours by some novice coders.

Let's face the facts. Google hasn't done much to put any of their apps on Windows Phones, in any fashion, to date. Not even a stand alone email client. I'm not saying that Microsoft shouldn't have put more effort into design but, that can always be fixed with an update. The main point, unlike Google, Microsoft at least offers something to the Android and iPhone users.

Agreed. Microsoft is really throwing a lot of effort into phones. I hope it pays off.
