Wait a minute - caller specific ringtones? My T720 did that without a problem.... why didn't they do this on the last revision of the Windows Smartphone OS?

Actually, I'm not sure if that is actually new. But photos with contacts (and photo-caller-ID) is definitely new. That was a major omission from previous versions. (Some devices had it, but only by bundling third-party software that added that feature.)

Errm... The Currently Shipping MPx220 Supports photo caller id... so i don't think thats new either. Didn't have to add any third party software for my customers. Maybe they are talking about the fact that it can sync with outlook contacts with photos?

Yes, the MPx220 has photo-caller-ID. Like I said, some devices have it, but that function is provided by bundled third-party software. It is not a part of the OS as supplied by Microsoft.

If you notice, you can't add a photo from within the Contacts application. You have to do it within the Photo Album app, which is what adds the photo-caller-ID feature to the phone. That is software added by Motorola.
