Samsung had other Touch screen non-Android phone devices too but those were not included in the patent suit. Therefore why would Apple sue Samsung over the Touch screen TVs without any Google association tied to them?
As for Sony, to paraphrase Led Zeppelin here, "Your Time is gonna come!"
Apple has sued every major Manufacturer known to mankind having any sort of remote association with Google. See HTC and Samsung as just two of the bigger Guinea Pigs. Sony is not getting away scott free here! Pigs will fly before that happens man! You heard it here first!
