Samsung TVs are just Plain Smart TVs! They'd have to sue LG as they have Google TV integration!

You have the wrong brand first off! For Apple to sue, they'd need to have a Google association with the product, which Samsung TVs are lacking. They do not have Google TV! LG does so LG would take the brunt of that suit force head on.
