Sprint Asks FCC for Permission to Sell Itself to Softbank

AT&T missed the point again, by saying that Softbank a Japanese company, would own too much of US Spectrum, but forgot that T-Mobile is ALSO foreign owned by a German company and they own a ton of spectrum too. So how is this different.

Lets take it one more step further however, and make it known that Sprint has stated openly, like T-Mobile USA that it will continue be HEADQUARTERED in the USA and OPERATED by Americans. The foreign owners are just the pocketbook.

AT&T is just butthurt that they bought WCS spectrum, in a smaller quantity than the 2.5Ghz Clearwire spectrum that will require nearly the same amount of investment for deployment for their LTE network, and will stop at nothing to piss off Sprint. This is crazy talk on AT&T's part.
