make all the excuses you want of why you have the highest complain percentage, but when you have one company with terrible customer service and merge that with another company with even worse customer service, what did you expect?

I totally "expect" the Consumer's Union and Consumer Reports to ALWAYS put Cingular at the bottom and Verizon at the top.
They have been and always will be partial to Verizon.
Curious about something though....
Why didn't the FCC release this?
Why did only Consumer Reports (Consumer's Union) release this info?

Another question...
Where are the stats on valid complaints?
I'm kind of curious as to know how many actions were taken by the F...

Keep in mind that the WSJ also released these same numbers so we really can't call it a Consumers Union conspiracy.
Verizon's customers could have complained to the FCC in the same numbers but they didn't.

Now in your favor, ATTWS may have generated the lion's share of the complaints. We don't know because we don't have those numbers. ATTWS towards the end got very bizzarre with how they handled their customers. They were never very good at it to begin with. It could also be buyout issues which rarely go smoothly.

If a customer feels they need to go to the federal regulatory body in order to get satisfaction it shows a real problem. Over 14,000 ATTWS/Cingular customers felt they needed to do that. Over 3400 Verizon custome...
