If Cingular is so bad then why is it getting ann award for being Carrier of the year. I think Consumer Reports is so stupid... its not fair to say Cingular is the worst company without taking into effect that when customers hear the word MEGERGER they start looking for reasons to complain... "Oh i just got a dropped call it must be because of the merger! Where is the phone im going to COMPLAIN" or "Wow i went over my minutes... that can't be right it must be the merger screwing up my bill". And then Consumer Reports even comes out and recomends going to Verizon because they had the lowest complaints! I for one want to know where i can complain about Consumer Reports.

Mostly I agree with you about consumer reports, but we are talking about FCC data and not Consumer Unions opinions. We as an industry can pat ourselves on the back all we want to, but it rings hollow with our customers who are feeling the necessity to go to the federal regulatory body to get satisfaction.
