I'm just wondering exactly in what way do they "suck"? I for one have had Cingular for 3 years and have never had any problem.

Have you had to call cust care, thats where the problem is, if you have a problem good LUCK trying to get it fixed, (complaints get filed w/ FCC when a Cust problem is not able to be resolved, usually cust goes to provider 1st and if they dont like the answer then they complain to FCC and better business bureau
