people file complaints with the FCC, it just goes to show the UNREALISITC expectations of the general american populus. And people sending ARBITRARY complaints to the FCC about billing? COME ON PEOPLE, you used the minutes, quit your b i t c h i n g. Its just so sad to see that people think that their WIRELESS PHONE WHICH WORKS OFF OF RADIO FREQUENCY WHICH IS NOT GUARANTEED ANYWHERE should work on every last nanometer of the US. The fact of the matter is this proves one thing, cingular/att has the largest amount of stupid customers, and verizon must have the least. When will people realize that everything is not perfect and that they have to take responsibility for their actions instead of complaining to people? The current mind set of p...

lol YAY me, i just find it utterly absurd what the people at the FCC must deal with on a daily basis "cingular is charging me too much", etc etc, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY PEOPLE

These are generally the same people that demand a free phone without insurance when they lose, f@*k up or sit outside during a blizzard rainstorm, etc talking about nothing for an hour as if there was a cellphone tree, where we pick the freshest farm raised phones. Cellphones are not free. Even if you have insurance you have to pay a deductible. These are not frigging toys!! Why would you buy a $200.00 or $300.00 phone without frigging insurance?!
