USCC has the lowest complaints because they have been on a mission to be the best choice in the markets they serve.
Their CEO, Jack Rooney, the guy Cingular fired when they bought Ameritech has done a lot to change the culture of the company. They had a long way to go and they are still in need of evolving but as you can see they are working real hard to make the brand statement of "We Connect With You." true.

Einstein, huh? USCC pushes customer satisfaction just like Verizon does, maybe even more. Ask around these parts and you will see how tough it is to get a sales job with that company. And if you do get hired and don't cut it, you'll be swiftly let go.

In Chicago, USCC rocks!!! 😁

Substance over style always wins in the long run.
