San Diego is the safest large city in North America. Maybe they are worried the the LTE will bring violence?

could you please have a little patience? It's not like not having LTE internet is a matter of life or death, unlike all those people in NJ and NY that haven't had electricity for a few weeks.

Staten Island washed level and Long Island areas still without power as well.
If San Diego is so without patience, if you really need something to do, walk over to the border crossing and make friends with your neighbors.

Technically you're both correct.

If somebody is complaining that much about their high-speed data, maybe they should go for a walk before the heart attack arrives.

And yes - I don't doubt that somehwere in Africa, there is a Genocide occuring.
