AT&T to Sell the HTC 8X November 9

Part of that is probably because of the Beats technology it will come with. HTC doesn't own that so, they have to adjust pricing to compensate for that, as well. They don't have the financial resources that Nokia has, at the moment. This is without MS's help. With MS's backing, they can afford to do this a little bit more than Samsung or HTC.

While I'm glad to see Samsung and HTC get serious about WP, they will never get the kind of backing Nokia gets from MS, solely because of Nokia's sacrifice to go all in. No other OEM has and most likely won't do that, at this point.
