I'll say something on the behalf of this lonely post...

I think this is could because it makes things easier for the people who this affects. 🙂 Good job to whoever thought of this! Hope you get a raise! 😎

(And yes, it doesn sound like I don't have a clue about this article because yes, I in fact don't have a clue, so don't give me sh!t, please!) 😈

Actually, this is a pretty cool feature to have for Symbian. I don't know if you use a Pocket PC, but they run on Windows Mobile which is a miniature version of Windows. ActiveSync is a proprietary program that allows you to hot sync your Pocket PC with you regular PC. This means that your computer checks your PDA to see if you changed anything since the last time you sync-ed the two devices. If you've made any changes it notes them and backs them up on the PC's hard-drive. Also, if you're using Outlook and you've added new appointments on one device, it updates the other device. Windows Mobile though is not a particularly stable OS (in my experience), so it's main advantage is the relativley low number of compability issues with sync-...

I was actually being a little facetious in my header. You never said that it wasn't a cool feature, and I realize that I'm a big dork for getting all excited about Nokia smartphones being able to use ActiveSync 😁
