Well I mean, you don't pay the USPS a monthly cost to be able to use their service, or have a contract with them. If you paid the USPS monthly like some kind of subscription, and they offered something like "Unlimited Shipping" for an additional $25 per month, then you should be able to ship whatever you want, whenever you want, regarless of package size, or weight.
If I'm paying for a service, I should be able to use it the way that I want to. I'm the one utilizing it, and the one paying for it.
