I wonder how "Water repellent" this phone will be? It this a semi rugged phone that i can drop in a pool and it should be fine? sounds nice if so...

I bet it just has a hydrophobic coating, not really water proof, but *splash* resistance, or rain resistant. Putting your phone in a glass of water is just a mistake....

Definitely is not water resistant for submersion, but splash proof it totally is. Saw a Motorola Rep pooring bottles of water over one and had absolutely no problems...after about 4-5 bottles of water.

Pretty impressive phone I must say.
