Their subscriber base has grown from 75 to over 80 million users this year...elsewhere in the world, so there is no holding off the inevitable. Its a growing company, and one thats also in transition to a new OS from one that had been taken as far as it could go.
"Comebacks of the century" are pretty common in the phone industry. If you look at how quickly Apple and Google rose and Microsoft, and RIM fell in terms of market share anything is possib...

This is key, people buying smartphones these days are extremely fickle, I know people who upgrade every 12-18 months and who have bounced around from one platform to the next, first an iPhone, then an Android phone, then maybe a Windows Phone, there are even weirdos like me who are just aficionados of mobile technology and who will therefore just randomly buy a phone they don't really need just for the fun of trying a new platform....which is why I bought the unlocked GSM Galaxy Nexus from Google back in May and am considering buying a Nokia Lumia 920 at the no commitment price......so long as the first Blackberry...
