first though seeing specs
*who the heck makes a phone with only 8gb internal anymore?!?!?*

Thought after seeing the price
*WHAT?!? Really the 8gb cost 300 and 350 for a 16gb. I can pick up a card for 8gb for like 2 bucks now. Apple was the gay devil that pulled that stuff before, Why google now? Besides is the nexus line that popular that they can afford to do that and get away with it. sd slot aside. 16gb is weak but come on google. 8gb is just laughable now.. most new higher end phone have at least 16 base and a good chunk now with 32 internal stock.... that nokia 920 looks better everyday....*

Personal opinion, LTE is highly over-rated. I don't doubt its the fastest mobile technology available, but I've yet to use T-Mobile's HSPA+ 42 and think, "damn, I wish this was faster."

42Mbps is plenty fast for most things. Again, IMO.

As an aside, I've heard they didn't include LTE on the Nexus 4 to avoid carrier-related snafus like the cluster-**** that is the Verizon Galaxy Nexus. Not sure if that is true, but it sounds reasonable.
