Ok, first of all I worked there. Second coverage is really based on where you live. Third it sucks for customers in the USA here in PR price plans are lower and coverage is getting better. Not where it should be but getting better. I learned while working there that the best rates come from the Loyalty department. No upgrade fee, No S&H, $50 credit on the phone $5.00 off for 12 months. Annually a $10 goodwill credit. Download $100 in games and call before it is billed and the charges get whipped out. Many things done in Loyalty to retain the customer but if you don't threat to cancel none of this gets out there. T-Mobile is not the best company by far so selling this phone at $369.99 is ludacris. Every other major company so far $299.99 and no MIR necesarry.
