Yip Yap Debuts Pipsqueak 'Phone' for Young Kids

Thank you for the encouragement, it means a lot to us to have the idea be received well, after nearly two years of development and keeping it a secret!

We just handed the newest prototype with newly improved buttons to our 5-year old daughter this afternoon when I got back fromt the engineers' office.

I started streaming the Disney radio channel on Pandora to Pipsqueak and she plugged in a set of my earbuds to listen. I left my phone on the kitchen bar and next thing you know Lilah is laying on her bed singing to the music in her room about 40 ft from my phone. That was one of an increasing number of instances where I have personally experienced how Pipsqueak will begin to integrate into our family.

She also had about a five minute conversation with Gramma on it. What's funny about that is that gramma is currently in TX with us staying next door! Lilah just wanted to use Pipsqueak, much to my mother's delight!

I think it's going to be fun to have Pipsqueak in the hands of our kids and I'm really hopeful that Pipsqueak gets enough support on Kickstarter to hit the 2,000 unit minimum order. Let's get these suckers made!!
