Crying or Very sad
Sadly I had to return my Razr Maxx HD. I wanted a reliable android with great battery life and a larger screen. The phone worked fine for about a week, then I noticed I had to keep tapping the widgets on the screen to get them to respond. I thought that maybe my fingers were not hitting the screen properly. It went from bad to totally unresponsive to touch. I did a hard reboot by holding the on key with volumne. You cannot take the battery out. It was still frozen. Calls came in but I could not answer them. The screen was on but touch no longer worked. Fortunately I was within the 14 day period and I immediately returned the phone and did not want a new one until I checked to see if there were other similar problems. I was one of the first to get the phone, so it might take several months for the issue to become known. I learned the hard way to return a bad phone as soon as possible. If a phone is having problems from the start, get rid of it! If you have it beyond the 14 day period, they then send you another, but it is usually refurbished and was previously sent back due to problems. I know that Motorola was having antenna problems with this phone a few months ago which might have delayed its release before the holidays. I am now wondering if they rushed it and new problems will emerge.
