Will Bluetooth be crippled like Motorola v710 (and possibly E815)??
Does anyone think the bluetooth capabilites will be crippled like on the Motorola phones for Verizon? Will Samsung object to Verizon removing some of the bluetooth features due to the recent lawsuit?

Yes, it will be crippled just like the v710 due to legal obligations to BREW(GIN). The lawsuit still has not been successful, and samsung will not object, there is too much money to make even with bluetooth OBEX profile being disabled.
(P.S.: Just keep in mind all future bluetooth phones will have the OBEX profile disabled until further notice.)
