I just called a customer Svc. rep @ Verizon and he said he didn't hear anything about the Samsung A970. He also said that Verizon doesn't tell them before hand about any knew phones that are yet to be released since Verizon doesn't want people to just wait around for the yet-2-be released phones. U know, they're in the business of makin money !
