I see where you're coming from - but that can't be used as an excuse these days.
It's like buying a big expensive truck, with the top engine package and everything, chrome all around, only to find out that it doesnt come with power windows (don't buy a dodge). It's really a deal breaker. I wouldn't even consider this phone if it had the same processor as the Note II.
