The exact quote is:
"The date Aparna referenced while talking to you is a guideline that we are providing customers who have to plan, fund and transition large enterprise projects to the faster speed networks,"
Okay, so, you are trying to imply that Aparna referenced a date that is either A) Not True or B) True, however, based on your exact quote, there's a possibility that this "Guideline" is untrue, which would mean that it is Meaningless, so therefore, you are lying to your Largest business customers ? Could you be any more unclear about this?

It would be silly to give an exact date when one doesn't have to. No one is on a greater than two year contract. As long as Verizon honors those contract they are good, *Groan* Defending Evil Red really makes me ill. I need an Alka Seltzer.

But the contract does not require the carrier to provide a certain kind of network....they could do like at&t did when the Altell network was turned off (and what they will probably end up doing when the Edge network and 3G networks are turned off) and just provide everybody who has equipment which has been made obsolete with a free LTE phone of equal or lesser value of the one they have and they would still be fulfilling their commitment to the customers......those Alltell customers who decided to stick around when at&t took over LOVED it....they got a brand new phone completely free and didn't have to sign a new contract to get it....many people were on the brink of having to upgrade with old broken phones....and they got a brand new one ...
