I checked both the default web browser and Firefox, don't see what you're talking about sorry. I have the GS2 Skyrocket with Android 4.0, so it should be showing up...

Maybe its not updated for you yet? in the top left right off to the left of where it says "web" there should be a little button you can click on. if theres nothing there i'm guessing that its not updated yet.

i had to actually hit the web icon on the top of the page for the refresh to take place on my HTC One X using Chrome.
