I think that is the phone. I've been looking at some other pictures online and they all look pretty much the same as the Reuters picture at the link posted above. If the picture I've seen are accurate this thing looks huge! I think it's basically a digital camera with phone functions built in. (Sort of a phone-camera instead of a camera-phone).
