Well...honestly...there were many foul ups on Jobs' watch, it's just that he had the mighty Reality Distortion Field so they tended not to be noticed as much...
There was the class action lawsuit on scratched iPod Nanos...

There was also an earlier class action lawsuit related to battery failures on the iPod Classic.....
Not to mention the infamous iPhone 4 antenna controversy...
