Whats the point of a smart phone if it can't find it self? If apple spend as much time in the test labs as it does in court maybe just maybe they would have a product worth owning.

Oh I forgot your really don't own the iphone your just paying for it.

Apple should spend more time innovating instead of trying to destroy its competitors. It must take alot of resources to go to war with an another company remember Tim Cook had to meet with Samsung to arbitrate, but that led nowhere.

I wonder if Steve would have acted the same way? Its one thing to sue Samsung for copyright infringements but to also
get rid of Google altogether on their software, thats just plain nuts. Why not get rid of Facebook and come up with their own Social network and while they're at it get rid of Instagram too. It is owned by Google.

They tried their own social network on iTunes "ping" boy was that a failure.
