Even though samsung does have great products I have never been a fan with all the issues I kept seeing with their phones across the board since I have worked as an Agent. The other phone makers had problems as well but samsung would be a safe bet when trying to guess what phone someone was about to complain about not working of the charging port not working or the touch screen being no responsive or even the phone dropping more calls than the other phone makers. Sounds like Samsung is crying like a little baby since they got busted stealing stuff from Apple. When Samsung has admitted this people still take up for them like little Fan Boys. I look at like this Theft is Theft end of story.

Like how Steve Jobs years ago admitted that they steal ideas? Not only did he admit it but he pretty much was bragging about it.

How can Apple state they steal ideas, then get pissed if someone steals ideas from them? Plus how can Apple even claim they came up with anything when almost everything they do, other companies did months to years before them?

Things like how they claim they came up with universal search... uhhhh... Palm had that in the Palm Pre back in 2009

IF they have a patent that's what matters if not shut up! Steve Jobs was fired back in the day from apple if I am not mistaken.... But That is not what I am talking about we are in the year 2012. Technology is a little different than 20-30 years ago everyone is making huge leaps forward (supposedly) so when you have the paper saying you own the right sure why not sue the crap out of the thief

Patenting an idea that someone else actually did first is the classic definition of a 'patent troll'

"Steve Jobs Years Ago Admitted they Steal Ideas"

Are you referring to the Picasso quote? Willing to guess you:

A) Don't understand the quote
B) Fell asleep in art class.

Samsung is currently #1 in mobile phones, and #1 in smartphones, by a wide margin.....the lawsuits are stupid, but they are also mostly defensive, since Apple is aggressively trying to exterminate Android...

Moreover, Samsung is the most innovative company in business today...the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S III the most innovative products on the market today...

Yeah.....it's not desperation that's driving these lawsuits for Samsung....

If the iphone 5 is truly their best go at an upgrade to the iPhone line, they SHOULD be desperate.

2 million sheep would buy the phone simply for the fashion statement.

That doesn't change the fact that their is nothing "wow" about the iPhone 5. Everything they've added is already in other phones, and they seem to be falling further behind due to the 1 phone per year, sole provider status.

Then you add to that fact their history in the PC market, with the same decisions (hint: What was their market share in the PC market? What is their market share even with recent gains?).

Throw in a dose of a stale OS, crappy map app, horrible Business support, iPad mini (more herd following if it's true), etc, etc, etc.

Yes... they have a successful phone. But that don't mean they don't lack leadership and have no clue how to "Innovate". I...

The funniest line is 'this is the best iPhone yet'.....well...it sure as hell better be....if your most recent version isn't the best you've ever done, this whole 'upgrade' concept really isn't your thing....

I was surprised and taken back at Tim Cook's comment that the iPhone5 was designed for hands; not humans.

While I understand what he was point was based on, humans have different tastes, needs, preferences and are also different sizes. I think designing around the human characteristics is exactly what the directive should be.
