Come on don't be naive here, you know how the system works....a customer gets an overage, calls in, raises a fit....the fee is waived....that is what happens 90% of the time......in all my years in the wireless business I am not aware of a single instance of a customer calling in, demanding an overage fee get waived, and this NOT happening by the end of the call....
The point of the overage is to get the customer's attention, get them to call in so that you can then lecture them about being more responsible with their wireless usage.....and then waive the fee....
