Would not recommend that, my friend...
Even a the dumbest of carrier store repair techs should be able to identify teeth marks as physical damage and drool as liquid damage... You MAY get away with it you MAY NOT.
Just don't be shocked saying that they can fix it and refer you to Assurion to make a claim with deductible.... Well let's be honest here, they were going to do that as soon as they saw you walk in the door..
