Who cares? As long as it works on something other than AT&T's fake 4G, then its cool with me.
Last time I could understand why there was no LTE. Verizon had only a few markets, AT&T was barely an LTE carrier.
Still at least HSPA+ is better than Verizon 3G. That **** is so slows, its unbearable.
