Apple Adds Galaxy S III to Samsung Lawsuit

Honestly, comments like that remind me why those of us the customer service side had such contempt for the stores.....trying to force people to buy a phone they don't want only creates dissatisfied customers....and laughing at customers when they tell you what phone they are interested in....do you have any idea how rude and insulting that is? Maybe they don't want the latest and greatest, maybe they want an older phone because it's cheaper.....I don't need to have the latest and greatest, as long as it does what I need to I don't care if some think that it is 'out of date'.....besides if you have those phones in stock you have to get rid of the inventory somehow....so many people just refuse to go the stores and insist on doing all their upgrades over the phone for exactly that reason...
