I agree John, Cook seems to be avenging Steve's death and as you implied he doesn't have oomph to carry the torch.

Only iSheep will defend their actions but the masses will see this as corporate greed and anti-consumer. At the end of the day they're all greedy sure but Apple just isn't playing fair and it will come back to bite them in the a$$.

Does the iPhone 5 or whatever (The "new iPhone" perhaps) it's going to be called suck that much? Apple is sure paranoid.
