What Motorola is attempting to do is ban the Xbox 360 in the US, they have so far managed to get the 360 and Windows 7 banned in Germany. If they ban the 360 from the states, that'll hurt Microsoft. Microsoft doesn't want to negotiate terms until Motorola lowers their price on the patents because they are wanting an insane amount.
