All in all, our patent office is a joke and it needs to be completely redone.
Find invalid patents that were issued and find a way to resolve them.
Only submit valid patents that have never been used before.
FRAND patents must be enforced at a reasonable price so it is actually viable for companies to afford the costs to sell products to make a profit so everyone wins.
There needs to be a thorough process to review patents so they aren't just looked at for a second and easily passed through.
Companies who just stock pile on patents, never release a product utilizing the patents in any form and then attempting to sue any company that uses those patents just to get a quick profit need their patents stripped.
