Apple Asks Court to Ban 8 Samsung Phones

I agree on all points. However I need to express a issue I have with the first part of number 2. While yes Samsung has been feeding off the Apple vine for a bit (at least in a courts eyes), the real group of people that Apple should go after is the SciPhone, IPhon, iLeaf, TPhone, Meizu, C002, IPhone Nano, Sect P168, Sect T5 T32, Cool 999, Ephone and IiPhone. Those guys go really out of the way to make iPhone rip offs. While yes I personally don't believe Samsung is innocent, the real criminals are the above named companies literally ripping off apple designs.
