Totally 100% Agree. This is the best thing that could have happened to Samsung.
Samsung won this case. They won the privilidge of giving apple 1.05 billion dollars, and they won the privilidge of saying that they are the reason apple products will remain as dull as they are today. If apple would have lost, they would have had to do, or change something to stay competitive and innovative. With this win being handed to them, we are saying that what they are doing is ok, and there is no need to change.
This verdict is the best thing that could have happened to Samsung. What they are doing needs to be changed, and with a company like samsung, we know that their products will continue to get better, and better, and we know they will continue to innovate. Samsung losing this case will have a better outcome for them then if they had won it. Doesnt matter about the lost 1.05 B, or the lost revenue from the phones that arent sold anymore. This is looking to the future, and this is a great thing for them. Forced innovation, if you will.
