Totally 100% Agree. This is the best thing that could have happened to Samsung.
This verdict is the best thing that could have happened to Samsung. What they are doing needs to be changed, and with a company like samsung, we know that their products will continue to get better, and better, and we know they will continue to innovate. Samsung losing this case will have a better outcome for them then if they had won it. Doesnt matter about the lost 1.05 B, or the lost revenue from the phones that arent sold anymore. This is looking to the future, and this is a great thing for them. Forced innovation, if you will.
