Samsung Loses Apple Patent Case

Actually, Bluecoyote may have a love for Apple, but his past few original posts have been pretty integral in regards to some key elements of how this verdict played out. I don't necessarily agree on the entire outcome of the trial, but I do agree on much of what Bluecoyote placed as significance of how it does affect us and Samsung. I believe his points(in this case), are not based on "fanboism". We can't become ignorant in the magnitude of this litigation verdict.

I think in all honesty, we exhaust a lot of time on these forums for learning, instructing and of course, flagging other's comments. Maybe we should all take extra time and focus our energies in soliciting our government congressmen and senators for investigating and modifying the USPTO. Because, frankly, the USPTO has ignored most of mine and my colleagues petitions for change for the last couple of years. This has been mirrored as well through many other forum's and individual's claims around the country that feel there is a problem with the system.

In short, the patent system is in denial and it needs to be reconditioned.

Bluecoyote should be the least of our concerns.
