Speaking of fanboys...you might as well place yourself in that category as well all know you believe Apple can do no wrong.
Yet to answer your question, conspiracy no. Biased yes. If you own a certain product and keep buying new versions of said product, that would make you a loyal biased consumer. So yeah, in MY opinion, the jurors in that case were biased. Apple most likely knew about this and played on that fact.
Also, the case was tried in their HQ city, so yes, another reason for a bias, or you could say tainted, jury pool.
Considering guilty verdicts. Did not Apple get found guilty in Korea of infringments. So we now that Apple does the same thing as they are accusing Samsung of.
Apple doesn't innovate, they bully and intimidate. Though again, it's just my opinion.
