Samsung Loses Apple Patent Case

Now, the answer to your question is The SGII was indeed a target and was found to infringe on Apple's patents. If Apple gets their way, no further SGIIs will be sold.
However, The good news is that Samsung is a huge company and their SGIII has been cleared of infringments. This phone has jettisoned their phone status to tough competion for anyone. It shows that they do have the capability to build an attractive device and use savvy marketing to sell as well. So if Sammy can keep their nose clean and remain clear of Apple's designs with further products, they will not be scathed.
Now, if I HTC would only ramp up their marketing. I would love to see more people view the exceptional device they currently have with their one series. My hands down choice!
