ZTE website says 1900MHz 3G

Aug 23, 2012, 4:04 PM ... »

850/900/1800/1900 MHz
850/1900 MHz/AWS

Either ZTE accidentally plugged generic data into the description (most of their other phones are those bands), or maybe T-Mobile's 1900mhz upgrade is really close.

The phone probably supports WCDMA 1900. The 1900 Mhz change may be closer than you think. T-Mobile really wants to get the iPhones able to get high-speed data on their network. I don't have a date for you for when the change will occur, but it will be close.
