I have Verizon now. I do love their LTE Network where it exists & am grandfathered (for now) to unlimited data but wtih how dirty AT&T & Verizon have been going to these new COMPLETE RIP-OFF Data Share Plans & trying to coax us off unlimited, I think it is wonderful Sprint & T-Mobile are keeping data unlimited/unthrottled. I wish them all the luck in the world & hope they get a ton of customers from the Big 2. I will be moving from Salt Lake City to Montana soon so unfortunately, I HAVE to choose Verizon or AT&T. I hope both Sprint & T-Mobile can spread out and improve their networks. I would jump to them in a heartbeat if they came to Helena.

Not to mention that AT&T is blocking features set by the manufacturer and forcing people on their tiered plans for that function to work. Since when is Data different? I mean, my unlimited data on AT&T is somehow different to the Tiered data? I hope the FCC finds AT&T guilty and they are forced to change the policy.

If they are guilty of anything it's being money-hoarding asses, which isn't illegal in this country. I think he may be refering to All data being the same, and said charge for SAME data should also be the SAME, no matter the situation.
