Yes, but it would most likely be blocked by the carrier. Remember - on that 700Mhz block of spectrum that verizon has has the provision that the customer can use it any way they want. If you want to use hotspot with that unlimited data feature, you need to add the $14.99 smartphone mobile hotspot feature. Sorry.
