From YouTube, to Gmail - everything Google is affiliated with, is REALLY pushing for Google+.


Some may say "Well duh, that's not unheard of" - but what I mean to say, is it's like all of a sudden someone from the top demanded Google+ gain members - and this looks to be their solution to that.

I, for one, am sick of social media and being connected to everything. I'm a little disappointed to see Google trying to follow in the steps of Facebook and Twitter.

I agree to a certain extent, but you have to realize that, like it or not, social media is EXTRAORDINARILY popular right now. Google would be remiss to ignore the opportunity. I still like Google+ considerably more than Facebook/Twitter/etc. It seems still a lot more about sharing interesting things among like-minded people, and crowd-sourcing reviews and ratings of media. Whereas Facebook still seems primarily teenage drama and ****ty games :p
