What a JOKE!

Perhaps VZW should work on getting their existing 4G devices to work in existing 4G environments. Take a look at VZW's forums regarding connectivity issues. I know first hand their "fix" is to send you out a new SIM or a re-furb that will eventually have the same issue. I'm actually calling VZW today to get a refund on my previous 2 months data service. I don't think it's cool to pay for something that only works 50% of the time.

It's all location. My speeds are 15 to 30 Meg down same up on a Droid incredible 4G. Same on my Razr, same on my Galaxy Nexus. Sorry you are having problems Rolling Eyes

With the refund? Guess the luck you sent me worked. VZW refunded my data (for the month of July) cost. It just showed up as a credit on my account. If you can prove the history, as in you call, and call, and call - as I did, maybe that's what needs to be done. It just blows that you need to create such a case.

They probably gave you the credit so you would quit calling. You aren't really paying for 4G service. You are paying for data service which can be 3G or 4G.

Here lately ours has been bouncing constantly from 3/G-4/G to 1x, no consistancy in signal at all! It started out real good and went downhill.
