Microsoft Temporarily Halts Publishing Apps to Fix Bug

I was excited when I read the title

...and then I read that it applies only to a bug on windows phone. Man, microsoft could have taken this stance back with Windows 98, and avoided the whole ME fiasco all together. Took them long enough to realise that the software bugs make/break the users experience.
