I have called the police as well to report agressive drivers even with plate numbers, and guess what....
99% of the time they won't bother pursuing the issue until a van full of kids with grandma and spot fly off the road, flip over, eject the passengers, and wind up in a tree.
They figure too many people are calling because someone cut them off or they just do not like how someone else is driving.
