That is genious, and should be law.

Why not? It is illegal to drive while distracted, which is careless driving. It is illegal to drive while intoxicated, drunk driving. It doesnt matter if you are using hands free - you are still distracted, and not focusing on the road.

Watch this to become law within 10 years.
