Sprint CEO: Industry Has to Deal with the Duopoly
Sprint's inability to compete...
There was a time, which actually wasn't all that long ago, when Sprint was the leading phone company in the country, they had the best network, the best coverage, the best customer service....and they squandered their position through ineptitude, a long history of bad decisions, mismanagement and general incompetence.
It's not at&t or Verizon's fault that Sprint drove customers away by making horrible billing errors, that they wasted money on the Nextel acquisition, or that they let their network go to crap.....
If they want to turn things around they need to stop blaming others and start taking responsibility for their own failures.
